How to measure turbidity in real time?

Turbidity is one of the most important water quality parameter therefore it is commonly used in water treatment industry. The goal is to provide real-time turbidity monitoring and obtain accurate, reliable data. It is not easy to achieve as there are some factors which interfere with the measurement, especially in case of sensors registering data in flow. The bubbles which appear with the flow of the water make the readings unreliable. Another important factor is temperature. The hotter the water, the higher the reading of turbidity is. Compensation is crucial to obtain accurate data. Some sensors producers provide complex solutions of these problems, which make the price of the sensors much higher and still the problem is not always solved. AquaSmart turbidity sensors have some digital tools which tackle these problems effectively and cost efficiently.
